Joshua Neal

I am originally from Erie, PA, and graduated from McDowell High School in 2007. After high school, I obtained undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Samford University in Birmingham, AL. I attended East Tennessee State for my graduate degree. For part of my training, I secured a coveted spot with the Mood Treatment Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This is where I expanded my knowledge base on alternative options that have quality evidence supporting their use as treatments for various psychiatric diagnoses. I have a background in Critical Care, Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Inpatient Psychiatry, and Outpatient Psychiatry. Time has flown by, but I have now been with Presque Isle Mind-Body Wellness Center for over 2 years. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, gardening, and spending time with my family. I am inspired by those who overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to achieve their dreams.
