Slow down as we rest our body and let the sounds of various instruments create a unique atmosphere for inner journey work and meditation. Journeying can look different for everyone but some examples include:
-️going through the layers of the mind to find stillness
-️processing emotions or experiences
-️integrating a big shift or realization
-️reparenting or connecting to your inner child
-️parts works (IFS) soul retrieval
-️finding forgiveness from past pain
-️moving through grief, loss, and heartache
-️floating in an ethereal realm
-️conversing with spiritual guides or passed loved ones
-️connecting with universal life force
-️alchemizing energy
-️grounding and centering
For anyone new to this, you can simply lay down and listen to the music and see where you're guided, where your mind wanders to, what emotions come up, observing any sensations in your body where the sound may be stirring up energy. Everyone is invited to come with an open mind and simply observe yourself once given a moment to stop the momentum of life and just be with it all.
Bring a mat, blanket, and pillow. You are also welcome to bring a gravity or lawn chair if you prefer to sit back or have a hard time getting up and off the floor. Whatever you need for optimal comfort! Crystals, essential oils, journals, whatever tools help you stay focused!

This meditation takes place every Thursday at 7pm in our yoga studio. Fee is $20 per person and is payable at the event or by registering in advance online.
